Founded in 1912, PNL (Pharmacie Nouvelle Ltd.), subsidiary of the LEAL Group of companies is specialised in the brand development and distribution of consumer, pharmaceutical and chemical products.

BRAND MANAGEMENT

To ensure that proper marketing techniques are used to increase the perceived value of a product line or brand over time. A comprehensive understanding of the brand, its target market, and the company’s overall vision are required. PNL has set up an organizational structure and procedures where each brand and product portfolio is managed by a Brand Manager, with a dedicated sales team.

DISTRIBUTION

We have a fleet of 20 trucks which covers the island daily and supplies to our client base, both for on trade and off trade as per the orders received. From there our merchandising team takes over and ensures that the product placement on shelves is well negotiated and executed. We also have a continuous supply and optimal storage conditions for our product range, with a storage capacity of 9,600 pallets.

BRAND ACTIVATION

The Brand Activation team is a support service that comes up with the big ideas and concepts, that will work at every touch-point along the path to purchase, offering an experience that will influence purchasing process.

The managerial schema is designed to bestow upon the management of these different units full flexibility and autonomy to ensure that their respective corporate policies and marketing strategies are consistently dynamic and aggressive - a most uncommon feature in heavy centralized conglomerates. Each organization is specialized in its own field of activity and is self-governed by a team of executives.
