In view of the fact that alcoholic market has been growing rapidly all over the world for the last couple of years due to the positive impact of the demographic trends and expected changes like income levels, changing age profile, changing life-style and reduction in beverage prices, Medley Group of Companies decided to expand its business beyond India and so was Royal Spirits (Mauritius) Limited. Royal Spirits (Mauritius) Limited was incorporated in November, 2009.

The Plant located in the free zone of Mer Rouge Port Louis in Republic of Mauritius has been set up for blending and bottling of Alcoholic /Non-alcoholic beverages for its own Brands. RSML being based in Mauritius can offer:

- Tariff Advantage to the buyers in AGOA African Countries under COMESA/SADAC which attract lower duty/subsidy, which will give Price Advantage to the importers.

- Prompt/Timely execution of customer's order at short notice. Inland haulage almost nil as RSML is located next to the Container Depots.

Major Shipping Companies are located next door to the Production Unit of RSML. RSML will also be benefitted with Bilateral Trade Agreements executed by Mauritius Government with several countries.
