Established in 1997, Alpha Fine Foods Ltd processes a wide range of high quality meat products which are distributed in the East African region. These include assorted halal beef, lamb, poultry, fish and marine products to suit the tastes and lifestyles of different consumers, including leading hotels, game lodges, restaurants, schools, hospitals, catering institutions and prime meat butcheries. They are also available at leading supermarkets and retail establishments. Alpha Fine Food's fresh products range includes chicken sausages, chicken cocktails, marinated chicken, chicken burgers, beef sausages, beef burgers, beef sizzlers, beef bangers, boerewors and lamb sausages.
Our ready-to-cook products include Premium Kenyan Highland Beef and Milk-Fed Veal, Kenyan Highland Spring Lamb, Spring Goat, Capons and Spring Chicken, Farm Ducks, Guinea Fowls, Quails, Pheasants and Peking Ducks, Smoked and Fresh Whole Norwegian Salmon-fillets or steak, Nile Perch and Tilapia Fillets, squids, octopus, lobsters, crabs, prawns and assorted fish. In November 2004, Bureau Veritas Quality International, a service provider offering unsurpassed expertise and skills of engineers, trainers and technocrats with experience with major national and international projects go congratulated Alpha Fine Foods for having been the first Kenyan meat, poultry and fish products processor to achieve HACCP certification.
Based in Nairobi, Kenya, was established in 1997 with 2 (two) vehicles and 5 (five) staff members. It has grown into a major meat processing and food distribution company. With over 15 refrigerated vehicles for distribution, it now employs directly over 100 staff.
During this period, the company has positioned itself as a premier supplier of quality food products within East Africa and beyond as well as enhancing the meat industry standards by being the first company to achieve the HACCP certificate in 2004 and also the ISO 22000:2005 in 2007.
