PACL has the institutional infrastructure, human resource and technical capacity to provide consultancy services in all its areas of expertise. It has established administrative and financial systems that are constantly under review. The business maintains three accounts: a current account, an investment account and a foreign exchange account. It is in good standing with its bankers and there are no outstanding overdrafts. It is a well-capitalized going concern.
