Amatullah Glass & Hardware Ltd. was conceived in 2001 as a complement to HGL to serve the burgeoning glass and hardware demand in Nakuru and its environs. It deals mainly in retail and wholesale of mabati, nails, cement, glass, and paints. It holds agencies for mabati products of Corrugated Sheets Ltd and Mabati Rolling Mills Ltd and cement from Athi River Mining Ltd. Imported lines are hardware and glass from India and China. 

The company is also a distributor for Ngombe wire from Kaydee Wire Products Ltd, a sole distributor Maroo Paints. Business has enjoyed a steady growth since inception, placing the company in the top five in a market segment dominated by more than ten leading players. This is made possible by a dedicated team of staff who service the hinterland upto Western Kenya and South Nyanza.
