This city takes its name from kasozi k'mpala "the hill of the antelopes" and its origins go back to 1891 when the kabaka (king of Buganda) had his court on Rubaga and Mengo hills (one of the hills that now make up Kampala.We are probably the longest established property services firm in Uganda today with over 16 years experience in the field. We specialize in real estate brokerage to both Ugandan (local) and foreign community. Originally this company provided tourism, travel, car hire and real estate brokerage services. But during the 15 years of the company's existence this activity gradually expanded and development of a client list that was satisfied with our personal service and attention to detail. The company changed its name to MOWIN PROPERTIES recently to reflect the present make up of directors.
