PROPERTY SERVICES LIMITED was formed by 3rd generation of the Karia and Virani families in Uganda. Their unquestionable diligence and extensive experience in all aspects of Real Estate development and Property Management in Europe and the USA, has today turned Property Services Limited, into one of Uganda’s most dynamic and successful property companies. Established in 1990, with a view to aiding departed Asians in the repossession of their properties in Uganda, Property Services Limited not only ensured that this task was efficiently carried out, but also embarked on the mammoth task of rehabilitating these properties, majority of which were dilapidated and in a state of disrepair. The subsequent and highly successful, in-house letting and management of these and several other properties seemed to have completed the all ‘round’ image projected by Property Services Limited. This repair and renovation work, in many cases involving almost complete reconstruction of a building, gave the cue to the beginning of projects on a greater scale. Property Services Limited adopted a strategy of identifying larger institutions requiring buildings that project their corporate identity. Over the past two years, the Company has completed several such singer-user projects to provide custom-made prestigious buildings with leases at reasonable rentals, to the satisfaction of their clients.
