The company inherently has 1005 black managed and owned status (BEE) comprising of both male and female director. The primary function of the company is to provide goods and services to communities in all aspect of lives.

Montjaneabbey is fully owned and run by professionals from a previously disadvantaged background. This we see as both an immense opportunity and great challenge, as we are better positioned to serve the communities we come from and live with.
