Safintra Zambia started operations in the second half of 2006, initially trading as Steelbase Limited. Safintra Zambia has offices in Lusaka and Kitwe, and will shortly expand its operations into the Copperbelt. Safintra Zambia has a country wide distribution network enabling consumers to buy our products in Chingola, Livingstone, Solwezi, Nakonde, Mpika, Choma, Kitwe and Ndola. 

The company also provides a full complement of steel roofing, fasteners and roofing accessories for construction of residential, commercial and industrial roofs. No other roofing manufacturer in Zambia offers such variety. Safintra Zambia Ltd had taken up the challenge to educate consumers about the economic benefits of using quality products in building.  

Safintra Zambia Limited has also taken the initiative to institute Standards in steel roofing so as to protect the interests of its customers, working closely with the Zambia Bureau of Standards as well as the Ministry of Commerce, Trade & Industry. Brands already launched in the market are: Dumuzas, Versatile, Zentile, Widedek, Maxcover Lifestile, Saflok 700 & Versatile roofing sheets in pre-painted and unpainted coated steel.
