Technology Today was started in 1995 following extensive consultation with leading IT Industry stakeholders and corporate clients in Kenya and East Africa as a whole. We begun our operations ensuring that customer satisfaction was its number one priority.

Technology Today has partnered with vendors whose core business is to provide strategic solutions to the corporate world. These vendors include Microsoft, HP, IBM, Cisco, 3-Com, The Siemon Company, Veritas, Symantec and APC. These partners play a key role in ensuring that we remain at the cutting edge of technology through their channel programs which ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge and skills to our team.

Half of the technology TODAY team are technicians who have worked in leading computer maintenance companies. Their combined experience totals over 45 years. Our team includes engineers with certifications from Microsoft, HP, TallyGenicom, APC, Epson, Siemon, amongst others.

Key to our Technical and Support department's success story is our help desk application
. With our help desk application, we set out to achieve the following:-

Our help desk logs problems and manage the escalation process when necessary. The help desk co-ordinates the process of gathering necessary information regarding the problem identified and ensuring the problem is resolved.
The help desk also follows-up on pending incidents to ensure minimal effects of downtime.

Against the backdrop of highly skilled engineers, an effective help desk and a well-equipped workshop, we effectively offer the following services:-

Service Level AgreementsWe offer both hardware and software Service Level Agreements (SLA). Our client base cuts across various industries – Financial, Service, and Hospitality. We also have contracts with some of the largest NGO's and Government Parastatals.

HP Warranty Service and Support


After satisfactorily meeting the strict requirements, our technical team was presented the HP Service and Warranty Center status. No matter where you purchased your HP hardware, and for as long as it is through the authorized channel, we will service and repair your hardware according to the HP warranty obligation (if the hardware is on warranty).

We also source for HP parts and repair faulty equipment whose warranty has lapsed.

Software Support

Our software engineers are always ready to attend to your software requirements. Be it a new installation or a support call. We also give telephone support when necessary and in situations that can be resolved on phone. This enhances our policy to strive to maintain customer uptime at all costs.

Our team boasts certified Microsoft engineers who are also certified on the HP server, desktop and mobile platforms

Hardware Support


Our hardware support covers service and repair of the following hardware product range: HP; TallyGenicom; Epson; APC amongst others. We also repair parts at component level: Boards, Power Supply Units, amongst many more.
