My buyer has a goldaccount with a refinery in the usa and our own assigned us custom agency,which means payment is guaranteed. We only do CIF/DDU which means that we only pay for customs and taxes in the usa. Seller or his rep is welcome to fly with his gold to the us refinery and await oayout which will take up to three or seven banking days. Of course your accomodations will be on buyers expense. BUyer does not travel and make upfront payment or test the products ourselves. We leave that up to local authourities.

The Gold dust has to be CIF dubai airport and the buyer does not want to pay any upfront fees,taxes,transportation etc. The gold has to arrive in dubai and after it is assayed at the buyers refinery in Dubai the buyer will TT the payment within 48 hours.

Quality, size, price, documents and schedules:
I am looking for gem quality natural rough diamonds only. I buy mixed parcels, both in color, clarity and size. The sizes have to be between 3 ct.- 40 ct. clarity: VS and above, color: H and above.
Again, The diamonds have to be 100% natural rough, not KM / HPHT / CVD or DLC treated.
An example of a mixed parcel: A few stones 3-10 ct., a few stones 10-20 ct., a few stones 20-30 ct., a few stones 30-40 ct.
95%-100% of the parcel could be regular white stones and it will be good if I can get a few red, pink, blue and green colors inside the mixed parcel.

Seller supplies a KPC plus 2 original Invoices for inspection.

The sealed gemological boxes are deposited again in the safe.
Buyer transacts during 24 hours after inspection the complete value through bank SWIFT.
After Seller confirmed receiving the payment, Seller releases the sealed merchandise from the safe to the hands of the Buyer.
In case part of the merchandise does not fit the Manifest, and the sides- Seller and Buyer, do not agree and compromise, the Buyer will arrange in 24 hours a KPC document on the Seller\'s name for the remaining amount (in Israel there is a 0% tax for import and export of Rough Uncut Diamonds and the KPC fee is a few hundreds of dollars).
I have real buyers in Australia USA and Europe, maybe we can do business?
