I am a young man living in Namibia Africa and would like to start an advertising company. My name is Kennedy Erkana and I am 25 years of age. I would like you to provide me with a qoute for digital outdoor weatherproof monitors for advertisement outdoors. These monitors will be used to advertise various company products in and around our town. Our town does\'t have any modern type of advertising designs and i would like to be the first one to introduce it to our town. We have structures suitable to place these advertising monitors near the CBD and residential areas. The structures are two Concrete Water Towers and one Steel Towers, the water towers are used to pump water from resevoir to the town but will have no effects what so ever to the project. Ongwediva is a young but vibrant town conveniently located 6km from Oshakati and 30km from Ondangwa. The town is well organised, structured and planned and has approximately 30000 residents with an approximate catchment area of 60000 inhabitants. A new luxury extension will bring another 350 households to the town with a further two additional extensions being set out. We therefore believe this investment will be well received and supported by our Ongwediva residents and our Northern residents in general. There will be a mall build which will be approximately 10000 sqm in size and will house approximately 43 retail shops and varying sizes. This development will almost certainly enable retailers to benefit from the phenomenal buying power of the north, where at least half of the Namibian population is residing. By facilitating a development of this size we hope to bring a buffet of retail services to our Ongwediva residents, which will assist in bringing social and economic upliftment to our town and create much needed job opportunities. Ongwediva is currently one of the fastest growing northern towns, which boasts various phenomenal investments such as Bennies Entertainment Park, The new Ongwediva Medipark, The Northern Office of the President, The Afrika Stadt Hotel and many, many more. This mall will host the following services: A large supermarket outlet, Commercial Banks, clothing and footwear stores, Restaurants and Take-away facilities, Cellular shops, Pharmacies, hair salons, coffee shops, furniture outlets, boutiques, flower shops, to mention but a few. “We will also be boasting similar investments in Eenhana and Outapi in the very near future as we believe that investment in the north of the Namibia is extremely vital.
