Cornerstone Construction (Nigeria) Limited was incorporated in 1987 as a limited liability company to engage in Building and Civil Engineering contracting, Estate Development and Project Management. Since inception, we have handled several construction works for private and corporate clientele across the country. These include Federal and State Governments and some clients resident within and outside the Country. It is on record that we are the first privately owned construction company to embark on an affordable Housing Delivery Scheme, which culminated into the construction of mini-condominium Flats for outright sale to the general public in 1991. To date, we have developed five (5) Housing Estates successfully within the Lagos metropolis and its environs. This level of enviable performance resulted in numerous awards being bestowed upon the Organisation among which are: The Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) Annual Best Construction Company Award (2005). Honours Award for Valuable Contribution to the Building Industry in Nigeria by Lagos State Branch of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) (2003) Nigeria-British Chamber of Commerce Award presented at the Business Forum Seminar (2002) Recognition Award for Outstanding Contribution by a Corporate Body in Urban Project Execution presented by Lagos State Ministry of the Environment and Physical Planning on World Habitat Day 2001. Winner of the Most Admired Estate Developers of the Year Award 2000 presented by the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (CIMN) Our success thus far has been largely due to the efficient and prudent management of materials and manpower by the professionals within the Organisation and the provision of quality products at competitive prices. Our products and services have been packaged in such a way as to meet the ever-growing needs of the construction industry, assist citizens in the private and public sectors of the economy to fulfil their dreams of owning their homes, and compliment the efforts of the various levels of government in providing good shelter for the people.
