Fortunately, many of the injuries can be repaired before they cause destruction of the tyre. On mines where preventative maintenance programs have been implemented, considerable tyre savings have been achieved.The experience of our repairers is critical in adapting to changing conditions and tyre applications. They work strictly in accordance with Rema-Tip-Top specifications and are inspected and tested annually by Senior technical staff from Rema-Tip-Top International. All critical facets of the repair process such as injury preparation, rubber filling, curing and patching are executed using Rema-Tip-Top equipment and materials.
