We arrange prompt shipment with all the necessary documentation so that all your requirements are met on a timely basis and all the hassles with IDF application, clearing and forwarding, registration ,customs work etc are taken care of in accordance with our Import Guide. 

All vehicles imported on CIF, KRA taxes, KPA charges, contract basis. 

Deposit payment at least 50%of CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight). 

The balance of 50% is payable after shipping. 

Shipping document will be produced as evidence of shipping. 

Payment is accepted in Kenya shilling, bank transfer, bankers cheques ONLY. 

Original documents will be released to us by our supplier ONLY after receipt of FINAL instalment/payment. Note delay might result in incurring extra storage charges at the port. 

Import duty/Excise duty/VAT/IDF fees are payable by customer but we facilatate the payment procedures. 

We will require copies of National ID card or passport and PIN certificate of importer. 

For duty-free importation, buyers will provide us with exemption documents issued by the relevant authorities eg KRA. 

Delivery of the vehicle will be 45-60 days from the date of receipt of deposit. 

An agreement will be signed with us before importation.
