The company was founded in 2001 and has become one of the major role players in the pork industry by supplying a range of fresh and/or frozen primal cuts as well as a variety of processed meats manufactured to the highest standards. Our meat products are cut to order and packaged to guarantee freshness and quality.

What started as a small family-run butchery in 2001, has flourished into a dynamic wholesale processed meat operation. Three generations of tradition have transformed Van Wyngaardt’s meat products into a sought after brand. Our products are traditionally wood-smoked and are manufactured to the highest standards, which is what sets us apart from the competition.

Van Wyngaardt’s deli meat processing plant houses a retail pack and value-add department that produces products for the retail and catering markets. We offer a variety of products, including bacon, hams, cooked sausages, pizza toppings, cooked pre-marinated ribs, smoked and pickled products, cured products, cooked silverside, pastrami, etc. The processing plant operates 24 hours a day, six days per week.
