Atlantic Computers & Electronics Ltd. was established in the year 1988 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atlantic International Holding Company which has been in operation since 1976. We provide computer solutions for Corporate Customers, Government Institutions and Private Consumers. Our offices are located in Accra (Ghana) with retail showrooms in Accra and Kumasi. A technical workshop is located at our offices in Accra.

We offer the following services:

Repairs, servicing and maintenance of computers and electronic equipment – Computers, Fax machines, Printers UPSs, Plotters etc.

Local Area Network (LAN) installation.

We plan, design implement and maintain local area networks

The service centre has attained the DELL SERVICE AGENT accreditation status after a full on-site audit of our facilities, processes, procedures and personnel by DELL. This ensures that DELL customers are able to receive consistent, high quality technical support on DELL product in Ghana.

We represent all the leading information technology (IT) equipment and service providers - HP, TOSHIBA, ACER, DELL, TRENDNET, APC, VISION UPS, ETC.

We operate a call centre manned by experienced and friendly customer service executives and technicians. Customers’ requests, complaints and enquiries are logged into a database and resolved on phone where possible.

Our technical team is certified to deploy DELL EMC solutions.
