Socotra Real Estate Development and Investment Limited is a Sudanese-Saudi-Yemeni company established in 2003. Its activity is to establish residential cities and provide them with all necessary services such as water, electricity, mosques, schools and paving the main roads of the plan. It also left an area estimated at more than 50% for parks and other government services. Thanks to God, the company has been successful since its inception in sponsoring the first project “ Palm Residential City ” east of the Nile. This encouraged us to move forward in entering into real estate projects for residential cities distributed within Khartoum State “ Al-Naseem Residential City ” in Haj Yousef, “ Al-Rayhan Residential City ” in Omdurman (Ombada Locality) , “Tiba Residential City ” east of the Nile, “ Palm City 2 ” east of the Nile, and “Al-Tilal University Residential City ” Haj Yousef.
