We also offer a range of product support services through contracts/customer support agreement, extended warranty, PM Kits, application support and operators training. These various options are supported by a dedicated team of trained professionals.

Modern equipment has become technically more demanding; this is why we have a team of 8 dedicated manufacturertrained instructors, available both for customers and our own staff. While we have over 550’000 line items in our parts inventory to protect customers from downtime, we also offer a range of flexible repair before or after failure options with service exchange components as well as Custom Track Service.

Power Systems is divided into two areas: Turnkey Power Project Sales & Execution Units which can handle supply and installation, power-by-the-hour or emergency power solutions thanks to our flexible Power Module options, and full maintenance and operations contracts. The engines we sell and support for Turnkey projects are from Caterpillar. As a solution provider, we are also able to handle civil & mechanical work as well as the installations to provide complete power solutions instead of single gensets. The second area of our Power Systems business handles Retail Sales & Applications. We provide solutions for individuals and small to mid-size businesses with the Olympian and Caterpillar generator sets ranging from 13.5kva up to 2000kva.
