Mind & Soul Travel (TZ) Ltd, is a Tanzanian registered Company and licensed tour operator. It is jointly owned and operated by Susanne Stampe, Rachael Slattery and Linus Thadayo (Tanzanian). We are members of the Tanzania Association of Tour Operators (TATO) and we offer all types of safaris: Classic safaris to all Tanzania National Parks, Culture Safaris, mountain climbing expeditions, trekking and walking safaris and beach holidays.

We make hotel bookings and arrange transfers by air, boat and land. Regardless of your budget, we deliver high quality personal service to our customers, and do our utmost to give you the best value possible for your money. Our base is just a few kilometres north-west of Arusha town, the starting point for most safaris in Tanzania. We are a small and intimate company that cares for our customers. And we intend to keep it that way since we like to take good care of every visitor.

Our guides will take you beyond the usual. The company Mind & Soul Travel started when tourists that had been to Tanzania on a safari met us, and recommended us to their friends and the requests started coming in. We are located in Arusha town but both the office staff and the field staff are very familiar with the parks, the movements of the animals, the lodges, the mountain and the beaches.

Both our office staff and the people out in the field are well versed in the parks, the lodges, the whereabouts and movements of the animals, Kilimanjaro and the beaches as well. You can ask us any questions and we will give you an honest and prompt answer. The most important person during your safari is the driver guide. Our guides have good education in managing African wildlife and at least eight years experience as tour guide.

We speak Swahili, English, Scandinavian (mostly Swedish), German, Spanish and French.
