We aim to establish a modern and sustainable pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Ghana, which enables people to have equal and early access to the best and safest medicines, which are manufactured locally, ensures the highest security of the medicines supply chain and also contributes significantly to economic growth. 

Our objective is to promote pharmaceutical manufacturing in Ghana, by creating a favourable economic, regulatory and political environment, that enables the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to meet the growing healthcare needs and expectations of the nation in particular and the international community in general. 

The objectives for which the association is established are: To encourage local pharmaceutical manufacturing and promotion, and to contribute towards the National Health Delivery program at affordable cost. 

-To do all such things as are required to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices in local Pharmaceutical Industry 

- To provide suggestions on all matters connected with Pharmaceutical Industries operating in Ghana to Government and drug regulatory bodies. 

- To affiliate, cooperate and/or associate with any organization international or local, having similar objectives to those of this association. 

- To identify all problems and promote the interest of all pharmaceutical manufacturing industries in Ghana 

- To do all such things including organizing workshops, training, publications and any such things which are lawful for the attainment of the objectives.
