PHAT-STILLO is a registered business in Ghana as a General Merchant and has in the last year added Land and Property Management and sale of high quality Lingerie to our numerous operations .Although we have been in operation for only 2years we have strived to give our customers only the best and as the Ghanaian adage goes "ADIPA NA ER TON NI HU" (meaning :"A GOOD THING SELLS ITSELF) ,I guess that is why our customers keep coming back for more.We have been procuring and exporting the Best in Traditional African Wear, Craft Music and accessories to mainly our affiliated shop SANKOFA WAEM ( A Traditional African Wholesale & Retail shop in Trinidad in the West Indies). We also export Ghanaian clothing and craft to South AfricaGhana ,as we all know is a land of potential and the considering the economic and political stability that is present coupled with Ghanaians being the most friendly people you will ever come across, there is definitely not a better time to buy or build your home in the sun and we at PHAT-STILLO are here to make your dreams come true.We have got properties and Prime Plots in Accra,Tema and Prampram (all in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana). Prampram as we all know is an untapped location with a vast stretch of seaside land just waiting to be developed and we have got 28plots just 5mins walk to the beach from the main Road or 2mins from the end closest to the beach.Prampram has got a couple of beaches ,a polo club and the popular Sea Lane Hotel and other developments are spreading really fast, so in order not to be left out take a look at what we have got to offer and take that great step today and you will never regret you did.The name PHAT-STILLO came from fusing two American Ebonic words: "PHAT" meaning Nice / Extra Smooth / Graceful etc and "STILLO" meaning Styles, hence PHAT-STILLO meaning Extra Smooth style.Project PHAT-STILLO has always been a dream during my years in Trinidad where i was engaged in another Business of importing and selling African wear ,Craft and music. This was a very successful venture until i lost some major money in transit to Ghana, so i decided to heed the call to Ghana ,my motherland to set the wheels in motion and get PHAT-STILLO up and running.PHAT-STILLO was registered in Ghana as a General Merchant in 2004 , we were then exporting Traditional African wear to Trinidad and South Africa as well as wholesale and retail of electrical Products and in 2005 after some good business we decided to roll out the Land and property arm of the business to help both Ghanaians at home and Abroad to realise their dream of owning a property in peaceful and Sunny Ghana.We believe in good customer service , product satisfaction and excellent after sales care that's why we have got satisfied customers all over the world and keep making more through attending Expo's in Europe and Asia for products and partnership sourcing.It has surely been a steep and rocky road to travel but i believe,PHAT-STILLO is where it is now because of God's abundant Grace and Guidance and there is no stopping now till the whole PHAT-STILLO dream is realized.
