The services offered are sale of tyres, tubes, Batteries, Suspension, Brakes, Exhausts, Engine tune-up, oil change, Wheel balancing, Wheel alignment, rim straightening, Car valet etc. The company also has body shop (Spray paint and panel beating).
Kwik Fit Tyres & Auto Care Ltd. is a professional auto care center currently having two branches in Nairobi. The first branch which is also the registered office is in the heart of Westlands suburb of Nairobi. This branch is opposite the Land mark Sarit centre. The branch services clientele from most major up market estates on this part of Nairobi, i.e. Westlands, Parklands, Brookside, Kyuna, Spring Valley, Kileleshwa etc.
The second branch is on Lusaka Road in the industrial area. This is the gateway to the entire Industrial area. The branch is strategically located next to Car & General and CMC. The branch serves clientele from industrial area as well as surrounding estates, i.e. Nairobi south B, south C, Nairobi west, Upper hill, Langata etc.

Each branch has a branch Manager
Each branch has a Cashier cum sales lady, a store keeper and a foreman who is conversant with motor vehicle problems and troubleshooting. The foremen supervise the production staff.
The production staffs categories are: - tyre experts, tune-up specialists, suspension specialists, Alignment specialists, Panel beaters, Spray painters and Auto electricians. All carry out their duties on respective areas of specialization. They are supervised by the workshop foremen.
Each branch has a motorcycle rider for quick deliveries of spare parts.
The Kwik Fit concept has already proven a success in Europe and the other parts of the world. The idea is to offer, quick parts replacing service, fast and while you wait. In addition to this our motive is to reach the customers, expand extensively and reach almost all parts of the country having reasonable concentration of motor vehicles.
