Hari Singh And Sons Limited was first established in Tanzania in 1951 by Mr Hari Singh Dhani and his three sons Daya Singh Dhani, Parkash Singh Dhani and Gurmit Singh Dhani. The company dealt mainly in Building Construction business. In 1975 Daya Singh Dhani and Gurmit Singh Dhani retired from the company. The company then started civil and building construction.
