Swe-Gam Co Ltd, which market Grundfos in The Gambia, have installed a solar pump system with an SP3 submersible pump that is to provide water for the village cattle in Sare Ngai, a village community in the centre of The Gambia, near the Senegalese border.

Sare Ngai is a group of villages situated close to each other with a total of about 2,500 inhabitants who own approximately 3,500 head of livestock – mainly cows and goats – which form the basis of their existence.
