PxCon is a limited liability company in Ghana established in the year 2008. PxCon is the head of a group of companies which nature of business is in the hospitality, financial services, legal and business consulting industries. The idea to form PxCon was conceived by its President whilst a law undergraduate in the university and has since been developed to meet current standards in the above mentioned sectors of business in Ghana. PxCon once conducted business with the name akaCONSULT whilst its founding members were in the university and the scope of business then was much smaller than it currently is.
As young as PxCon is in the Ghanaian legal and business consulting industry it has gained much momentum and we hope to accelerate the growth of the group in that regard. At PxCon, we admit to a short historical background but firmly believe in a clearly bright and fruitful future.

VISION
To positively transform the Legal and Business regimes in Ghana through the exhibition of Professionalism, Excellence and Hard work. Probiscon ghana's objectives could be categorized into two namely, Short term and Long term. The short term objectives are: To effectively assist in the development of Corporate Governance in Ghana. To proactively provide excellent consulting services to Start-up businesses and SME's. To assist in the effective management of businesses in Ghana and Abroad and To provide excellent and professional legal and business advisory services to our Clients
The long term objectives are:
To be the leader in the legal and business consulting in Ghana in the next decade. To contribute effectively to the improvement of corporate/business law in Ghana. To take up the largest portion of the market segmentation in the Legal and Business Consultancy Industry. To encourage business ownership in Ghana. To expand our activities to the rest of Africa and Europe by the year 2020.
