Cost Masters Associates is a firm of registered quantity surveyors offering a wide range of professional services to the public and private sectors of the construction industry in Nigeria and the rest of Africa.

Being a member of a global profession, our services are guided by both the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), and the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN). NIQS is an affiliate of the Africa Association of Quantity Surveyors (AAQS), the Commonwealth Association of Surveying and Land Economy (CASLE) and the International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC) - Region 3.

We are registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with registration no. BN/PH/096895. We are also registered with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) as a Value Added Tax (VAT) collection agent with identification no. SS/RM/VT/10001096895.

Our Principal Partner, Ekine Otonye Benkangama is a registered member of QSRBN with registration no. 1205 and member of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) with Registration No. 1697. He is also a member of SCIArb formerly Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators (ICIArb) with Membership No. 590. We are registered with a couple of companies and firms as Consultants in various capacities.
