The Mechanism for Civil Society Support (MASC) is a five-year project initiated by the British Department for International Development (DFID) and the Cooperation Ireland (Irish AIDS), which works to improve governance and accountability to citizens Mozambique, through the strengthening and diversification of the engagement of Mozambican civil society organizations in monitoring and advocacy on governance.
Our Vision
A vibrant civil society and creative, participating effectively in matters relating to good governance, promoting the participation of citizens in the democratic process, thus contributing to a better quality of life of all citizens.
Management
The Mechanism for Civil Society Support works through the following structures: a Committee of Directors, a Management Committee, a Management Unit and facilitating agents placed in different parts of the country. Each of these structures has its own role and functions.
