Intelligent Computing sprung to live 16 years ago when Frans de Bruyn, director and owner, started selling used computers from the garage of his grandmother's house in Pretoria in 1995. The market was so hungry for affordable computers that he soon opened the first proper branch of Intelligent Computing and hired help to get all the orders out. 

Today, Intelligent Computing is a force to be reckoned with in the computer refurbishment and recycling arena.
