BBROOD is a new concept in the world of bakery business. We believe that it is important to demonstrate the magic process of kneading, proofing and baking bread in its pure way and with passion to our customers. To make delicious bread products is a family tradition and we love to sell these great products with a smile on our face. At our bakery we bake bread in a traditional way without any additives. It’s flour, water, salt and time. And the passion of course! We shape the dough by hands and give it an adequate amount of time to proof. Finally we bake all of the products in a stone floor oven.
