SERV ICES

Engineering Consultancy Services:

Design and specifications, procurement support, construction supervision and commissioning of electrical power systems.

Power Supply Contracts:

Assist large electricity consumers and power companies to negotiate and implement Connection Agreements and Power Purchase Agreements.

Policy and Regulation:

Carry out policy studies, legal/regulatory reviews and institutional analysis in the energy sector.

Energy Management:

Carry out energy audits and advise consumers on energy conservation and efficiency. Assist consumers to implement energy management programmes.

Health, Safety and Environment (SHE):

Develop health and safety specifications, policies and plans and conduct audits for construction and other projects.

Risk Management:

Undertake property risk surveys and assessments, reporting and implementation of recommended loss reduction and mitigation measures
