TOWER WORKS (GREEN FIELD AND ROOF TOP)
We employ experienced riggers who are adept in the erection of towers in accordance with client's existing equipment requirements and future loading considerations. We strictly enforce the following guidelines in our rigging process:
.We ensure that specific towers supplied by client for a particular location are in line with the wind speed applicable to the site conditions.
. Leg and web members are selected from standard sizes to resist maximum design loads.
. We liaise with the civil works team to ensure that foundations provided conform with the drawings to accommodate the host tower structure.
. We enforce quality control and safety standards with erection completed as quickly as possible to meet deadlines.
Other endeavours are:
.Self-support Towers & Guyed Towers
.Rooftop installations for urban locations. We ensure economical mounting applications that incorporate framework and ballast that do not compromise host structure. Latticework or pole sections are also made to accommodate heavier loadings.
.All mounting applications (anchor bolts, templates, sacrificial lugs, feeder brackets, rest and work platforms) are constructed for expedient and efficient installations.
.Painting
SHELTER WORKS
Shelter frames are assembled from "asso-bodies" by experienced crew members following the specific design and drawings provided by client. The electrical installations, including trunkings are meticulously constructed by our electrical engineers with due diligence maintained in the placement / construction of distribution boards, rectifiers and batteries / RBS, air-conditioning and alarm systems.
RIGGING WORKS
We have technicians and electricians who are familiar with installations for all types of mounts, (microwave & antennas) for green field and roof top installations. The following guidelines are usually employed in undertaking radio frequency installations:
Our experienced tower crew, in accordance with the client's requirements and manufacturer's specifications, installs all antennas, microwave, feeder cable & accessories using appropriate mounting brackets with proper termination.
Transmission lines and antenna systems are sweep tested by Radio Frequency (RF) technicians to ensure full operability at the required frequency ranges.
ELECTRICAL WORKS
Our team of experienced electrical engineers and electricians are proficient in:
Earthing Systems: We have experienced electrical crew who will ensure that various equipment is constructed in a manner that communication systems with superior low noise are earthed. In addition, the construction process will provide superior protection of all gadgets from damage via lightning and electrical surge.
Stand-by Power Installations: We realize that site electrical power requirements are integral to the equipment shelter and other installations. Therefore, the generating sets and fuel tanks are mounted and connected with simulation tests conducted to ensure that the entire process conforms to laid down safety and operations procedures.
Construction of power-line extensions including final termination at equipment building main disconnects. This includes coordination with NEPA for inspections, connections and transformer installations.
Installation of tower obstruction lighting systems and aircraft warning lights.
Installation and testing.
