The company was established in 1993 under the name ThaiAsco Filter Company Limited. It was the co-ownership by the Taiwanese and Thai owner. The president is Mr.Saengthong Tanadamrongsak. The objective of the company is to produce the filter and become the well-known filter maker in Thailand.

In 2004, the company become fully-owned by Thai shareholder and started to invest more in the machines for more capacity and productivity under the new name Loop Filter Manufacturing Company Limited.
