Our company, Power Systems Technology Limited (with Registration No. RC 298257) was incorporated in Nigeria as a Limited Liability Company in 1996. Prior to this incorporation, the organization had existed for many years as a registered enterprise and executed several projects in power/electronic systems all over Nigeria. 

Power Systems Technology Limited is exclusively owned by Nigerians who have distinguished themselves in their various areas of endeavor. The chairman of the Board of Directors is Engr. Bernard Okonkwo while Engr. Emmanuel Nwaoshai is the Managing Director and Chief Executive. Mrs. C. E. Nwaoshai is an Executive Director. The company's shares are fully paid and it is currently not indebted to any organization or individual.
