Our parent company, which was founded in founded in 1980, is a medical wholesale company providing high quality complete medical solutions to UN organisations, NGOs and MOHs. It is GDP and ISO certified no. 9001/2000.
Our CE marked product range includes medical instruments, diagnostic kits, disposables, aprons, sutures, hospital furniture, bandages, dressings and diagnostic equipment. Holden Medical is the manufacturing division of the company while Imres manages the wholesale stock and distribution operations around the world.
As a manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals and medical disposables, Holden Medical's goal is to make medical care available to all areas of the world. Nowadays it supplies its products to more than 30 countries. Originally it started with the 'Hospital line', a product range under Holden Medical label which caters to institutions such as hospitals, GO's and NGO's. As soon as we realized there was a demand from the retail side, we developed a line called HM Generics™ for sales in pharmacies.
Imres only supplies organisations that have a permit to handle medications or who can prove that they run a chemist or medical facility. We can also sell to Non-Governmental Organisations and Ministries of Health.
