It commenced full operations on 22nd August 1994 at its Head Office and Premier branch located at 153, Ikorodu Road, Onipanu, Lagos. Presently, Union Homes has twenty computerised branches located in differenet parts of Nigeria and linked online through a wide area network.The Company has a seven-man Board of Directors, with Mr. Bartholomew Bassey Ebong, the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc as its Chairman, while Mr. E. Austine Aikhorin is the Managing Director/Chief Executive. The Management team comprises highly qualified and experienced bankers whose professional exposure on the average, span over 20years, mostly in Union Bank of Nigeria Plc.As at 31st March 2005, the institution's authorized share capital stood at N2 billion, while its total assets were above N54 billion.Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc offers a wide range of Banking and Mortgage services.
