Betty Combie is the Managing Director/owner of Moz Inc. - a training and consulting firm. She has over 30 years’ experience in people development and over 10 years’ experience in organisational improvement. She is well-known for her simple, practical and engaging approach. She has worked in both the local and regional market; and her company currently offers an online quality management systems course entitled, QMS Simplified, which reaches a global audience.
Proven Track Record
She possesses a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, master’s degree in Educational Measurement and Evaluation and is a certified project management professional (PMP). She has attained achievement certificates as a lead auditor for ISO 9001 – Requirements for quality management systems and ISO 14001 – Requirements for environmental management systems and for the course entitled: Managing Quality for Business Improvement.
She is currently and has been the SOLE lecturer of project management and quality management systems courses at the University of the West Indies Open Campus Saint Lucia. She is the Vice Chairperson of the Saint Lucia Bureau of Standards Technical Committee for Management Services involved in the review of international management system standards related to risks, quality, projects, management consultancy, etc. She is a member of the Association of Management Consultants of Saint Lucia.
