Resort Securities & Trust Ltd.is a Stock Broking outfit, duly licensed by the Nigerian Exchange Group to carry out Stock Broking functions. We are also licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as Broker/Dealers. Resort Securities & Trust Limited was incorporated on May 18, 1990 as a non-bank finance institution to carry out Stock Broking functions with an initial share capital of N40million. Between 2016 and 2023 financial year the issued share capital of the company has been beefed-up to N800million un-impaired. Presently, Resort Securities & Trust Limited is managing numerous investors’ funds that is in excess of N14 billion. This is expected to grow by 75% before the end of 2025.
