Our cards are manufactured to the highest quality and ISO standards, using stringent production control mechanisms. Services we offer include: 

* Printing of almost any design on the card; 

* Inclusion of signature panels and/or magnetic stripes for extended functionality; 

* Card personalisation, including magnetic stripe encoding, thermal printing, embossing and topping ardtronic operates two separate divisions namely: Card manufacture and card personalisation which together form a turn-key service for customers. Card manufacture 

Our manufacturing process entails printing on imported raw materials using a Litho off-set or silkscreening process depending on card design requirements. 

We can print in any pantone colour and CMYK (full colour). We also offer a range of metallic and neon colours should that be required. Plastic cards are printed in sheet form, protected with a clear overlay (film) and then laminated at a high temperature and pressure in order to from a permanent bond with the raw material. This process ensures protection of the printed image as well as providing durability to the completed product. Cards are die-cut into card size, standard to ISO specifications. 

Cardtronic has various options on the finishing of the card these include premium flush or roll-on application of Lo-Co or Hi-Co magnetic stripes, edge to edge or block type signature panels and various foiling options. We have structured the manufacturing facility to accommodate both low and high volume manufacturing. 

We accept orders from as low as 500 cards up to and in excess of 1 million cards, within good turn-around times. 

Our personalisation division offers various types of card personalisation such as: 

 * Embossing 

 * Indent Embossing 

 * Thermal Printing 

 * Barcode Printing 

 * Magnetic Stripe Encoding 

A mailing service is also offered if required, our personalisation is provided using state-of-the-art equipment. Cardtronic has several high speed embossing and thermal printing data-card machines that cater for both low and high volumes.
