Pen-Tech Support was established in 2001, and is based in Windhoek, Namibia. Since then we have progressively built our way up, and are now recognised all over the country. With designated staff for each division, we are able to provide clients with an optimum service and comprehensive business solutions. 

We constantly seek out the world's best practices and apply them with an international perspective. Our goal is to become the largest Technical Service Centre in Namibia, providing clients with the advantage of knowledge, quality products, efficient and high-quality service. 

Products and Services 
Pen-Tech Support is an official Service Centre for Philips, LG and Sony products as well as the sole distributor of Omni Accounts in Namibia. We strive to help our clients by offering a total home / office solution. Instead of contacting several different companies when a problem arises, we offer an entire solution to all your needs. Therefore we sell, repair and support all brands of audio/video equipment, computer hardware and software, printers, photocopiers, facsimiles, cash registers and Point-of-Sale products. 

We supply and give training in accounting and payroll software and specialise in database and web development. We also specialise in service level agreements as well as networking. In addition, we sell consumables such as toner cartridges, ink cartridges, cash register paper rolls and ink ribbons, and much more!

To be successful in today's business environment an equipment supplier must be ready and able to support its customers locally. At Pen-Tech Support we recognize the importance that you place upon technical advice and service to enable you to achieve the best results from your equipment. 

Working together with our customers, we find the optimum configuration of equipment to meet their needs. Even after you have taken delivery of your equipment, we are able to advise on how best to utilise new products or meet new customer demands.
