It is a wholly owned Ghanaian and authorized to undertake a broad range of trading activities. Edwardcharles has carved a niche for itself as dealers for Gateway Broadcast Services (GBS) in Ghana, The Company has the requisite Authorization to collect Subscription Payment for and on behalf of GBS in Ghana. The company has shown remarkable strength in the face of stiff competition and endeared itself to the hearts of customers. 

Edwardcharles employs the services of well-qualified staff to manage the day-to-day operations of the company including Administrators, Seasoned Bankers, Marketing Professionals, Sales Executives, Artisans and Technicians. We believe we are at a very important phase of growth and have therefore positioned ourselves to exploit the opportunities and manage the unfolding threats within the industry. Edwardcharles operates as Dealers in Ghana for Gateway Broadcast Services Limited  and focuses on Sale of Satellite TV Decoders, Dishes, Smartcards and provision of pay-TV service in Ghana. Its service comprises a range of sport, movies, popular series, music, education, and religious content. The company’s pay-TV service addresses the popularity of European football in Africa. Gateway Broadcast Services is based in London, the United Kingdom. 

The gtv G-Plus, G-Choice and G-Home bouquets offer premium television entertainment to many homes in Ghana.

Edwardcharles operates through Agents, Direct Sales Officers and joint ventures with Banks operating in Ghana. In many other Regions in Ghana, Edwardcharles operates through agents and Bank Branches. The agents and Banks conduct marketing and advertising activities to build GBS’s subscriber base and collect subscription revenues on behalf of Edwardcharles for GBS. They retain a minor portion of the sales revenues they collect as compensation for their services and remit the balance to Edwardcharles.
