We offer gluten free flour made form processed banana. Our banana flour is made from 100% all natural green bananas – no additives or preservatives, one ingredient, one product. Best of all, green bananas are virtually flavourless and so our banana flour can be used as an almost direct substitute for wheat flour both in taste and in texture. Banana flour is a healthy food with wide applications ranging from bakery, pasta, soups, cooking and animal feed.
We remain inspired by the innovative, hard-working women in Kenya and continue to source our product from small-scale producers in rural Kenya earning them much needed income. We are looking for food distributors/ wholesalers to help bring the product closer to export customers. We hope that our customers enjoy our unique, nutritious and delicious banana flour.
