We aim to maximise shareholder value with due regard to the interests of all stakeholders. The mission statement above describes ZCCM-IH's overall purpose for its existence. The Company recognises that value can best be created by attempting to maximise joint outcomes/benefits to both shareholders and other stakeholders. 

 

The Company thus undertakes the challenge to attempt to fulfill the needs of different stakeholders ranging from the Company owners, its employees and to a degree, those of the local community. The Company therefore, recognises that its stakeholders include, but are not limited to: Owners (shareholders) Government of the Republic of Zambia in particular Ministry of Mines, Energy and Water Development , Ministry of Finance , and The Zambian public Investee Companies Banks and other financial institutions Environmental organisations Suppliers.
