Recycled paper is becoming the new preference for packaging with an aim of saving our environment. he production plant of Cempack Solutions Ltd (CPL) was installed in the year 2008, and commercial production began in April 2008.  It is located on a five- acre industrial property in a 50,000 square feet industrial shed. 

 

The plant is located in Ruaraka Area, the upcoming  heavy industrial area on the outskirts of Nairobi City.  With a production capacity of approximately 30 million sacks per annum, the facility is designed in such way that it allows easy accesses to raw materials, production processing, quality control and dispatch. The plant has top of the range handling equipment with skilled workman employed to handle both the local and imported sack Kraft paper used for manufacturing the various sacks.

 

In preparation of the new millennium and entering into a highly competitive industry, Cempack is proud to use state-of-the-art machinery to produce its top quality Multi-wall Paper Sacks. The on-line two colours flexo-

printing machine that provides quality printing to compliment the product packed. 

The plant has a capacity to produce sacks from 2-ply to 6-ply construction, with large variety of coatings as per

client requirements.
