PDSA Company Limited was established in 2011 to primarily support the Construction, Mining, Engineering and Scientific Measuring Industry with expert advice, supply, support and servicing of their measuring equipment. As a first step, PDSA became the Authorized Distributor of Leica Geosystems AG, Switzerland, a world leader in the manufacture of equipment to "measure the world", IDS GeoRadar, Italy which are part of Hexagon Geosystems. PDSA is also a reseller for Garmin South Africa (Pty) Ltd, distributors for Autodesk and sensefly.
