From the very beginning the CJA Tea Company has been a major player in the Kenyan tea business, easily getting renowned in home city of Vehari. Initially the aim was to get good quality packed tea for supply in local and regional markets in East Africa as well as to export tea to international markets. Later, to ensure quality, it was decided to get good quality tea from outside, pack it in Kenya, so that the major complaint about quality could be avoided. During the last two years, there has been a surprising increase in the demand of tea by CJA , that showed its success in providing and maintaining good quality tea.
