ESTAS was founded in 1977 in Sivas, Turkey, and was the first company to produce camshafts inthe country. After supplying camshafts for the aftermarket inthe early years, ESTAS moved on to the production of camshafts as original equipment (OEM) and today supply camshafts to 16 different vehicle manufacturers for their engines. Besides the original equipment market, ESTAS also exports camshafts to the aftermarket in 40 countries across the world.
Camshaft Specialists
The current production range of ESTAS consists of more than 1900 different camshafts varieties. ESTAS is based in Sivas on a 112.592 m2 plot of land with a 69.592 m2 building where the camshafts are produced in a foundry for chilled castings and a specialist machining plant. As a result of being an OE supplier, ESTAS implements quality control in all processes of the production. ESTAS also has TUV NORT TUVISO 9001, ISO!TS 16949 and Global-Group ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 certifications.
Estas established in 1977, it is Turkey's first and largest camshaft production facilities. ESTA?, which has been producing for the spare parts market in the first years, has started to produce camshaft for main industrial companies (OEMs) since 1979. Today, it uses ESTA? camshafts in 16 domestic and international automotive vehicle manufacturer engines. In addition to being the original manufacturer of parts, ESTA? exports camshafts to the spare parts market of 44 countries. In the production program of ESTA?, there are more than 2500 camshafts belonging to over 2500 vehicles and devices. Estas production, casting and camshaft production plant with 1063 employees 70,000 m² closed and open 112.000m², total 182.000m² operate in an integrated manner in the area is organized in Sivas.
Production Facilities
About 2500 different camshaft types are produced in our Machining Factory. Our production capacity is 150.000 pieces per month. Our Machining Factory consists of Lathes, Milling Section, Grinding Section and Heat Treatment Departments. In our manufacturing factory, 3 different production methods are used such as Cam Mill Processing from Casting, Camshaft Machining from Steel and Assembled Cam Shaft Production.
Our dimensional camshaft processing capacity varies from 100 mm to 1000 mm in casting process and from 100 mm to 3000 mm in steel processing method. In the Heat Treatment Section of our Machining Factory, the induction and cementation processes of camshafts as well as curing processes are performed. Our goal as manufacturing workers is to produce the most suitable camshaft in terms of quality in the shortest possible terms.
