7Hills which is the trade name for Property Options was incorporated in 2003 in Kampala Uganda with the objective of providing real estate solutions including letting, sale, management and development of real property. John M Bigyemano a broadcast journalist, former diplomat, tourism and PR executive with a wide range of competences and contacts, started it.

Our core values, which will help us to achieve our mission include: team work, courtesy, honesty, transparency in our dealings with property owners, tenants, buyers, our staff and fellow estate agents.
