Meghraj Group is a 100 year old international financial services business.We operate from offices in 4 countries:Kenya,Japan,India and Dubai. 

Meghraj Capital is Meghraj Group’s investment banking advisory business, which has been operating since the early 1990s. Our team of professionals operates from our offices in Nairobi (East Africa), Mumbai (India), Tokyo (Japan) and Dubai (Middle East).

We advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, equity and debt raising including special situations.

We have a particular focus on cross-border transactions through our extensive international relationships. Our core markets are East Africa, India and Japan and we focus on flows of capital into, out of, and between these markets.

We work across sectors, and have completed transactions in multiple industries, including financial services, TMT, healthcare, food, steel, business services, real estate and industrials.

The key to our business is building deep relationships, and leveraging these and our experience to assist clients. We pride ourselves on our long-term relationships with our clients and partners, and working with them on multiple assignments.

Our international relationships include private and public companies, funds, banks, financial institutions, family offices, private investors, development finance institutions and other professional services firms.
