Deep Plough Agriculture Cooperative Society is an award-winning, member-driven organization based in Pumula North, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Established in 2024 and registered under Zimbabwe’s Cooperative Societies Act (Chapter 24:05), the cooperative brings together small-scale farmers and unemployed youth across the Matabeleland region.

At Deep Plough, we are committed to transforming agriculture through consultancy, innovation, and development. Our goal is to equip farmers, agribusinesses, and communities with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in today’s agricultural landscape.

Its mission is to tackle systemic agricultural challenges through collective action and sustainable practices. A key focus is reducing post-harvest losses by manufacturing and supplying solar-powered fruit and vegetable dryers. The cooperative has been recognized for its contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
